WOW Week 2010 Highlights

Day 5
Day 4
Day 4 of WOW Week may go down as one of the all time greatest! Kids learned how they can be more like Jesus by focusing on Philippians 2:5 "Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus." Many children came forward to their leaders to say they want to know more about Jesus Christ and what He did for them on the cross. To top it all off, Preteen Associate Josh "Key Lime" Kinsley lost to Kelsey Simmons in their competition to see who could collect more "silly bands" for the children of Ukraine. After collecting a combined 20,000 silly bands, Kelsey got to shove a Key Lime pie in Josh's face. Check out our highlight video below.
Day 3
Day 3 of WOW Week was packed with excitement and mustaches! Today, everyone learned that God has a plan for each and every person, as written in Jeremiah 29:11. In addition to the incredible times of worship, Bible study, arts/crafts, and choir, our kids took part in a world record setting attempt. During the closing celebration, 1,200 kids received fake, stick-on mustaches in hopes of setting a Guinness World Record for the most fake mustaches in one room.
Day 2
Day 2 of WOW Week is in the books! Today, kids learned about how much God cares about them, no matter what. Check out the highlights from today.

ABOUT WOW WEEK 2010
JUNE 14-18, 2010
9:00AM - 12:30PM
We welcome children who have completed kindergarten (turned 5 by September 1, 2009) up to those who have completed the 6th grade.
WOW Week is Broadmoor's Vacation Bible School experience. This year we will be traveling to the Wild West for a week of life in the open range. This exciting week will be packed with fun, games, surprises, music, and incredible times of Bible study and small group interaction. WOW Week is one week in your child's life that they will not want to miss!
Our motto for this year's WOW Week is "Need Answers? Ask God!" Children love to ask questions and they desire answers. Often times they don't know who to ask about these questions. James 1:5 says, "Now if any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives to all generously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him." This is why each day at WOW Week we will be asking a different question!
