The Launch

Your student’s graduation is fast approaching, and we want to celebrate this milestone through The Launch—a special event designed to cultivate, commission, and connect our graduates. This weekend will mark the culmination of Broadmoor’s NextGen milestones, providing a meaningful experience for both students and parents.
We invite you and your graduate to join us from Saturday, May 3, through Monday, May 5, for a series of events that will honor their achievements and prepare them for their next chapter.
Saturday, May 3 | 4:30PM | Cultivate
Graduates and their parents will gather outside the Venue for a light reception followed by a time of discipleship and equipping as we:
- Provide a space for parents and students to reflect on the past and discuss the future.
- Celebrate each graduate’s accomplishments.
- Emphasize the importance of community.
- Introduce families to Broadmoor’s College Ministry.
Our time together will conclude at 6:00 PM, and we encourage you to continue the conversation over dinner at a location of your choice. This could be at home, a family member’s house, or a restaurant. You may also use this time to present your student with a meaningful gift or invite significant people in their life to join in celebrating them.
After Spring Break, you will receive two packets in the mail:
- One for parents—containing discussion questions to be shared with your student during the event.
- One for students—designed to help them reflect on key moments to discuss with you.
To ensure a meaningful experience, we ask that both parents and students keep their discussion questions private until the event on May 3.
Sunday, May 4 | 9:00AM | Commission
Graduates will gather for a group picture before being recognized during our 9:30AM worship service. As a church family, we will commission and pray over them as they prepare for their next steps.
At 10:45AM, we will host a special breakfast for our graduates as they have one last morning in their Life Group.
Monday, May 5 | 6:00 PM | Connect
As our graduates’ transition into college or their next phase of life, we want to welcome them into Broadmoor’s College Ministry. On May 5, all graduating seniors are invited to the Monday Night Connection—a time of fellowship, food, and Bible study.
Important Deadline: Wednesday, March 26
The last day to register and submit a senior picture is Wednesday, March 26. No submissions will be accepted after this date. To register, click HERE.
How to Submit Your Senior Picture
There are two ways to submit a photo:
- After your senior is registered, you will receive a confirmation email which will have the link to upload a photo. Remember to make sure that the photo is high resolution (300dpi or better).
- Contact your photographer and request that they email the picture directly to Debbie Ratcliff (dratcliff@broadmoor.org).
We Can’t Wait to Celebrate!
The Launch will be a fantastic weekend, and we are excited to celebrate the Class of 2025. We look forward to seeing how God will use these graduates as they find their family of faith and join Jesus on His mission for the glory of God and the good of our communities.
